What You'll Do We are currently looking to full a full time Customer Service Representative, Junior Loan Processor to deliver top-notch customer service to borrowers and ensure their mortgage process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible. This is a crucial role that provides our customers with excellent communication and service from the "contact to close" phase of the loan. Manage inbound and outbound phone calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Assist loan processors with clerical duties What We'll Love About You 1 year mortgage experience preferred Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture.
