A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER As an HVAC and plumbing Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. First and foremost, you act as a dispatcher. You receive incoming client phone calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. Throughout the day, you keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer skills Ability to type 35-45 WPM Do you have an outgoing, friendly personality? Are you a customer service extraordinaire? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you detail-oriented and organized? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Can you quickly adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment? If so, you may be perfect for this position!
