A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR - CONTACT CENTER PROFESSIONAL As a CSR - Contact Center Professional, you become a pro at generating appointments for our design consultants. This position is the first step in setting up homeowners to meet with our Sales Professionals and design the remodeling project of their dreams. You develop relationships with the homeowners and actively listen to their needs for their home projects. Great customer service is a must as you are the first voice of the company. The CSR plays an extremely vital role in our company. QUALIFICATIONS Computer proficient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn our system We offer 100% paid training - no experience is necessary!
