Village Handcrafted Cabinetry is a family owned and operated custom cabinetry company that has been in business for 3 decades. Our award-winning work, unsurpassed customer service and premium install department distinguishes us from other builders and cabinet makers. We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team to improve our communication channels in the office as well as with our customers. Essential Duties and Requirements: Customer Service Representative is to be the direct liaison between Install manager, Project Designer, Client/ Point of Contact (POC) and VHC Office (billing) Inform POC or Client of any changes in arrival timeline and/or any changes in work descriptions for the day Receives all service and warranty calls Creates and maintains service and warranty lists Receives calls from Install manager and/ or Installers for items needed and/or items being brought back for changes then creates work order forms for these items (as needed) Work order forms then presented to install manager for review before being turned over to Pre-installation manager Daily meeting with Install Manager to discuss and maintain ongoing projects, service/ warranty issues and schedule updates for the following day. Communicates with install manager to get resources (Installers) on site and schedules appointments with client or POC Skills and Experience: Customer service/ relations experience Knowledge of cabinetry and/or construction Experience creating a daily schedule for multiple crews Knowledge of Microsoft office programs Experience utilizing Smartsheet Problem solving skills Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Required Prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree related to field Physical Requirements: At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty Employees may work in loud areas Employee is expected to be able to problem solve, make well thought out decisions and be organized Our Benefits: As a full time Village employee, you will be able to participate in our great benefits package that includes Paid Time Off, a Retirement Plan with Company Match, self-funded medical insurance and other great benefits.
