We Bring you Tomorrow's Opportunity, TodayVolt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Irving TX!As a Customer Service Representative - you will be. * Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. * Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. * May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. * Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems. * Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. * Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments. * Show initiative and take an enthusiastic proactive approach to work * Strong telephone skills * Answers incoming phone calls and provides necessary information * Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription * Responsible for accurately and completely scheduling medication deliveries * Maintains patient records accurately and completely * Follows all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations * All other duties as AssignedThe ideal candidate will have: * Professional office environment * Push/pull up to 15lbs and lift/carry up to 15 lbs. * High school graduate or equivalent * Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service CenterThis is a Contract opportunity.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmLocation: Irving TXDuration: 06 Months Pay: $16/hr - $17/Hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
