Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems in Traverse City, Michigan is seeking a Service Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to complement our existing Customer Service Team. Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems offers plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and electrical services in both residential and commercial environments. We offer state of the art software. Therefore the applicant should be tech savvy and enjoy looking for technological efficiencies to better serve our customers. Applicants should have a typing speed of 50+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy, be very well organized and enjoy working in a fast paced, up-beat, professional environment. Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm. Some overtime Pay Scale: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities (commensurate experience) Benefits : Fully paid Medical, Vision, Dental, Accidental life and disability insurance, FSA, Wellness pay, Vacation and Holiday pay, 401K with 4% Company match, great company logo wear and a positive and supportive professional office environment. Primary Job Function: Confidently answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Make outgoing calls to clients Data entry Respond articulately and promptly to incoming email requests Maintain accurate accounting details Assist in maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments This person will act as a liaison between the customer and the company Ensure that customer needs are met in a professional mannner Pursue ongoing understanding of software and company best practices Take initiative to maxime efficiencies, growth, and exceptional customer care Requirements: 3+ years of customer service experience 3+ years general office experience 2+ years of data entry Highly organized Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment Solid organizational skills Reliable Adaptable to learning new software Articulate Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Approaches work with a positive attitude, integrity, and care for others Able to de-escalate challenging situations as needed Enjoys working with people Adaptable to changing demands throughout the day Able to work well independently and with a team Desire to initiate measures to make improvements Multi-phone system experience and able to answer with a smile no matter how busy.
