Customer Service Coordinator: Mullican Flooring in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for their team. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing all inventory related to the sourcing program. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, monitoring monthly shipments, spot buys, placing purchase orders, updating pricing, and working with NDSC and Accounts Payable departments on an as needed basis to resolve any receiving or billing discrepancies. Essential Responsibilities Customer Service Coordinator: Manages the day-to-day activities of all sourced inventory. Provides weekly and monthly snapshot of inbound inventory. Researches and provides analytical support down to the item level, and provides recommendations. Completes monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting as needed utilizing excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables). Updates pricing in the system in a timely and detailed manner. Works with supplier to amend any product discrepancies. Places PO's (Purchase Order's) for all sourced items as well as direct shipment orders for distributors Works closely with the NDSC to resolve any receiving and inbound discrepancies. Keeps track of product arrivals and communicates shortages/overages. Works closely with the Accounts Payable Department to resolve any payment discrepancies, and responds to questions that relate to invoicing. Researches and resolves all order discrepancies, including shipping and pricing. Communicates with supplier, distribution centers, buyers, and other corporate departments, as necessary, to resolve discrepancies. Works with inventory management team on a monthly basis to ensure that they are aware of what is in the pipeline to be received. Understands manufacturer program details, vendor minimums, and contractual obligations. Provides analytical support in regards to onboarding new suppliers/ new items. Provides support to team to ensure proper cross training and support during peak times and absences. Performs other duties, as assigned. Skills/Qualifications Customer Service Coordinator: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of experience directly sourcing products from overseas factories preferred Prior purchasing and/or knowledge of inventory control highly desirable Advanced Microsoft Work and Excel skills required Familiarity with an ERP Software system is highly desirable Hours & Benefits Customer Service Coordinator: Monday Friday; 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (overtime when necessary) $17 - $19/hour DOE Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance Paid Holidays Paid Vacation 401k Product Discounts ***Please refer to the "Full Job Description" button below to review our physical demands form prior to applying to this position.*** Federal and NY State Labor Laws https://www.baillie.com/images/NewYorkFederalComboEnglish.pdf
