Applicants offered positions must show proof of COVID vaccination or provide an exemption SUMMARY: Support the Customer Service Department by handling routine tasks needed to operate the business ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Support the HME Specialists' Mission Statement, vision and values. Scanning; data entry, account assignment, document management and other clerical duties as assigned. Create, scan and upload new patient packets. Uploading documents and complaints to the system and noting the accounts. Check-in liaison paperwork; run missing liaison paperwork report. Manage and distribute electronic closets. Manage daily numbers, open POD, WIP and CPM/Phototherapy reports. Participate in Quality Improvement activities. Complete required annual and monthly on-line courses. Participate in departmental in-services Maintain excellent customer service. Adhere to HME Specialists culture and behavior standards.
