Hammond Services in Griffin GA has an immediate opening for a CSR to join our team. Your resume must show you've worked in a similar, fast paced role, and that you have a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. We are a local, family-owned business serving Griffin and surrounding area for over 40 years. As the first contact for our company, you will be setting the example for the quality and professionalism of our company. This is a demanding position where you may be dealing with up to 100 calls per day. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position where they have been responsible for greeting visitors and working with a multi-line phone system. Prior experience making outbound sales calls is a plus! Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8a - 5p Pay Range: $14 - $16 p/hr DOE with the opportunity to earn commission for meeting individual and team goals. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Company Phone, Company Uniform, 401-K, Company Profit Sharing Qualifications: (Resume must show recent experience where typing and handling customers while on the phone. ) Ability to type minimum of 40 wpm. - A test will be given prehire to validate typing speed. Resume m ust show recent experience which includes typing in a fast paced setting. Must pass drug and background screens Prior CSR experience in a busy call center environment - desired Current experience using Word and Outlook Professional phone etiquette Strong attention to detail ***We ask candidates not to call the office for an update on their application.
