Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer support services Support the smooth processing of sales administration Addressing customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests. Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Process transactions Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings. Customer Service Assistant Requirements: Candidates must be over 18 years old and available to work full-time Ability to commute to work location in Tampa, FL Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential.
