Customer Service Advisor - Rochester Kent - £22,500 Client My client are an industry leader within the HVAC sector covering a number of contracts all over the UK. They are currently looking to add an experienced Customer Service Advisor to their team to assist with the day to day running of maintenance contracts. Customer Service Advisor - Rochester Kent - £22,500 Client: My client are an industry leader within the HVAC sector covering a number of contracts all over the UK. They are currently looking to add an experienced Customer Service Advisor to their team to assist with the day to day running of maintenance contracts. Main Responsibilities: •Raising jobs on the in house system and seeing them through to completion, making sure they are assigned and updated both internally and with the client. •Scheduling engineer’s daily workload. •Liaising between Residents, Leaseholders, Engineers, Subcontractors and Clients. •Passing information to the relevant persons for quotes to be raised. •Oversee, respond, and communicate back to emails within Client / Shared mailboxes. •General administration as and when the business requires. Working hours will be 08:00am – 16:30pm 37.5hrs per week The Salary on offer is £22,500.00 20 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays, increasing 1 day for every year worked up to a maximum of 25.
