CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / EXETER Location: Skypark, near Exeter Airport Job type: Permanent Reporting to : Assistant Customer Service Manager Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am : 17:00pm Salary : A GBP 22,500 : A GBP 23,051 per annum Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to be based in Exeter on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be taking calls from retailers, answering queries and questions and accurately placing orders onto the database from a variety of sources. We are looking to speak with candidates that are able to multi: task whilst enjoy working within a fast paced environment with the ability to liaise with other departments and able to provide excellent customer service. Duties and responsibilities: Answering inbound calls from retailers with regards to orders and enquiries Processing customer orders received via fax, telephone and email Issuing customers pro: forma / invoices, order acknowledgments and general administration Liaise with the Warehouse and distribution companies to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products Calculate customer discounts and carriage costs in relation to customer orders Resolve any customer complaints, ensuring communication to the customer is timely, accurate and professionally managed Maintain all customer records are updated and accurate within the CRM system, raising tickets where necessary Support the field based Sales Team Develop a rapport with dealer network and build relationships with immediate team, internal departments and customers About you: Excellent customer service skills : both verbal and written Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent time management skills Eye for detail Willingness to learn new skills and retain large amounts of product information Ability to work well on own initiative as well as a larger team Previous experience with CRM systems is desirable.
