This is a customer service and administrative support role joining a team of 10 currently. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is extremely important. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and have the ability to keep themselves organized and on task with multiple changing priorities coming in throughout the day. Responsibilities: General administrative duties, filing, faxing, and photocopying Evaluation of customer needs and solutions Issue and process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (tickets) for customer hardware returns Correspond with customers regarding returns, ticket status and payments.
