Position Summary As our Customer Relationship Lead, you will provide top notch customer service to our valued customers and prospective customers. You will be responsible for taking the lead on outbound calling campaigns + providing quotes to prospective clients in order to actively contribute to business growth. In addition, you will be the point person for preparing, and following-up on, incoming quote requests received through various channels (social media, pay-per-click, email, website, etc. ). Secondary to the above, you will assist with other day-to-day office functions, including, but not limited to: handling a high volume of incoming calls (existing and prospective customers), responding to customer inquiries via email and text, processing payments, maintaining accurate information in our CRM tool, etc. How You’ll Succeed Lead outbound calling campaigns in order to increase brand awareness + seek opportunities to further.
