Applied Innovation is looking to hire a dependable, detailed oriented person to fill a full-time opportunity in our Customer Loyalty Center Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be client focused, and demonstrate experience with computers and various software programs.Candidate will be responsible for answering phones, processing incoming emails, entering service and network related calls into our computer system, processing supply orders and managing call loads for service techs to ensure best response time.Applied Innovation offers a full benefit program that includes medical, dental, life, short-term disability, 401(k), paid vacation, and paid holidays.Powered by JazzHR
