About the Role: You have always loved it, now be part of it! Ferrero Canada is looking for our next Customer Business Analyst. In the role, you’ll be able to flex your strong analytical abilities providing the Loblaw (LCL) & Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) team with relevant insights to ensure on time deliveries, accurate forecasting, and sales growth opportunities. As the Customer Business Analyst, you will need to effectively handle multiple work assignments, while consistently delivering high quality work. Your experience in analytics, data visualization, simulations, modeling and storytelling will be integral to finding solutions for a variety of business and technical problems. This position is Hybrid. Main Responsibilities: Create and manage reporting and track key business metrics including but not limited to: weekly LCL & SDM POS and business reporting (LDIA), daily LCL/SDM volume tracking, Nielsen category/item performance, price audits, ecommerce/digital, promotional, distribution and new item tracking Manage LCL Vendor Portal including listings and all applicable SKU data requirements – new articles, price changes, etc. Own the PCX data maintenance and images for all E-Commerce activities.
