Custom Software Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Custom Software Engineering Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows: Design, develop and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications. Create implementation or integration approach for applications and components. Design and code applications in line with programming standards and interface specifications. Architect development strategy for applications and components. Coordinate development streams in line with overall program(s) timing and milestones. Build deployment plan, including the development plan and schedule, keeping in line with overall project timeline. Design, build, assemble, and configure application or technical architecture components using business requirements. Team with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy in. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Planning and executing data migrations, cloud migrations, or application workload migrations; Creating end-to-end functional and technical designs; Designing and implementing data solutions using industry best practices; Performing ETL and ELT operations and administration of data and systems securely and in accordance with enterprise data governance standards; Loading transformed data into storage and reporting structures in destinations including data warehouse, high speed indexes, real-time reporting systems, and analytics applications; Performing data extraction and troubleshooting, and maintaining data warehouses; Creating Proof of Concept (POC) and business reports; Planning and executing unit and integration testing; and Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Must have 2 years of experience in building data pipelines to compile data using the Azure Modern Data platform tech stack including Azure Data factory, ADLS, and Azure Synapse.Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
