Description: Custodian - some weekends required.Responsible for cleaning common areas including bathrooms, corridors, dining areas, etc. Also responsible for cleaning and set-up of conference rooms, cleaning the swimming pool, snow removal, etc.Must assist residents with minor room maintenance such as clogged toilets or other urgent needs. The Custodian works independently and is responsible for using sound judgment when dealing with unexpected events. What you get: Best hourly rate in the lakes region with year-round work and no layoffs. We also offer health, dental and vision for under $100 a month. Shift differentials for working weekends, and double time holidays, tuition, and training reimbursement. Qualifications: Must have some custodial experience and be able to provide good work references.Must be able to work with chemicals.Looking for a team player, who has a good attitude and enjoys interacting with seniors.Must be able to perform the physical tasks required including some heavy lifting, bending and carrying.
