As an Automotive Facility Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for all dealership team members and guests. Your dedication will ensure our dealership remains a symbol of cleanliness and efficiency, reflecting the high standards our brand and guests expect. Key Responsibilities Premises Maintenance: Ensure all sales and service areas are clean and inviting and reflect our commitment to excellence. Perform detailed building maintenance regularly to minimize disruptions. Window and Glass Care: Maintain the sparkle on all windows, glass doors, and panels within the service area, ensuring clear visibility and a bright atmosphere. Specialized Area Upkeep: Meticulously mop, clean, and organize service waiting areas, offices, technician spaces, and dining areas, maintaining an environment that team members and guests are proud to be in. Floor and Vehicle Display Maintenance: Sweep and maintain floors across various departments and ensure all showroom vehicles and displays are immaculately presented daily. Outdoor Maintenance: Manage the cleanliness of the driveway and sidewalks, including debris removal, to ensure safe and welcoming access for all guests and staff. Facility Readiness: Empty and sanitize trash receptacles, maintain the cleanliness of all eating and beverage areas, and ensure bathrooms are stocked and spotless. Environmental Stewardship: Manage flower cultivation and ensure proper disposal and recycling practices are followed, promoting a green and clean environment. Operational Support: Perform routine maintenance, manage spills, and ensure the dealership's seamless operation. Qualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma preferred, or relevant experience in a custodial or maintenance role. We value dedication and willingness to learn over specific qualifications. Skills: Effective communication, basic mathematical proficiency, and following written and oral instructions. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. Physical Requirements: This role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and walking.
