360 Talent Avenue is partnering to place a Curriculum Specialist with a progressive, independent school that emphasizes emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and happiness. This position will work in Middle & High School. This is a direct placement role with our client in the Miami, FL area. Highly Competitive Compensation in line with experience. As a Curriculum Specialist you will: Develop and present curriculum materials and in-service activities Provide support through demonstration lessons, parental involvement, and instructional coaching Assist teachers in identifying and addressing student needs Develop assessment instruments to evaluate instructional programs Review and evaluate instructional materials and resources Facilitate teacher interaction and networking for sharing strategies Maintain school policies and develop professional relationships Support the Principal and administrative leadership team Participate in non-classroom activities and community events Complete required reports and tasks professionally Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred) At least two years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting & curriculum writing or staff development Dedication to continuous learning and development as an educator Collaborative work style with the ability to take initiative Strong classroom management skills and expertise in differentiated instruction 360 Talent Avenue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
