Always acts in a way that represents the "Crumbl Culture". BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Follows Crumbl recipes with exactness and care. Pays close attention to the details of each cookie, making sure consistency and the highest of quality is experienced every time. PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Is detailed with each cookie's presentation, ensuring no steps are skipped, and the final product is warm, delicious, presentable, and filled with lots of Crumbl love. Constantly cleans and maintains order with the equipment and utensils used, as well as keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe. TEAMWORK: Understands the importance of delivering on individual role responsibilities but also shows a desire and effort to support fellow crew members perform other business tasks. EFFICIENT: Has a mindset and work-ethic that is focused on providing exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for the customer. TECHNOLOGY: Understand and uses Crumbl business technology applications efficiently. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operates Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift, maintaining a high pace. EXPERIENCE: Food or restaurant experience and customer service experience preferred. This Job is Ideal for Someone Who: Is an early-bird (we start at 6am!), likes to have fun, and is an honest and hardworking team player that values a positive culture and serving others. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to get down and dirty (in flour!) and loves seeing their hard work pay off in the eyes of their satisfied customers'. *Must be 16 years of age or older. *Restaurant management experience is preferred, but not mandatory. *High school level of education is preferred, but not mandatory. Future Leadership Opportunities We are rapidly expanding our Crumbl locations throughout the region and plan to develop and promote from within for future roles as we grow. Upon being hired, in order to ensure you are successful in the desired role of an assistant manager, a 90 day training period will take place to ensure you meet and excel in the job requirements of an assistant manager. This training period will involve starting, learning, and showing excellence in each position prior to moving onto the next position. Starting pay will be at a shift lead position and upon completion of the 90 day training period, assistant manager compensation and benefits will begin.
