You will have the option to choose the late person role for a generous 1099 salary of $375K, or you can choose $300K with a $20K Sign-on bonus - which would be eligible for additional compensation of $150/hr for any hours worked past 8 hrs/day! Both options come with reasonable vacation buy-back. There is no call, nights or weekends and you will practice at the top of your license.
