Closed ICU system with multidisciplinary rounds (nurse, APP, pharmacy, and others) Good work-life balance with 1 week in the ICU and 3 weeks in the outpatient clinic Physician extender / APP on service every day Average of 1:4 call; weekends, total call time, and holidays shared equally with the entire group At-home phone coverage at night with the in-house hospitalist providing most emergency care Given weekdays off to compensate for any weekend call Access to POCUS, organized rounding, an active IR program, and supportive specialty physicians Teaching opportunities with the family practice residency program Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail
