Requisition No: 829128 Agency: Justice Administrative Commission Working Title: CRIMINAL CONFLICT AND CIVIL REGIONAL COUNSEL, 1ST REGION- LEGAL ASSISTANT I - 21016178 Pay Plan: Regional Counsels Position Number: 21016178 Salary: $35,000.00 Posting Closing Date: 10/08/2024 Total Compensation Estimator Tool Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 1st DCA Region has an opening for a Full-Time Legal Assistant needed to support attorney’s in our Gainesville office. The position will be tasked with answering phones, transferring calls, greeting clients and must be able to handle electronic filings, calendaring and assigned tasks. Must have some experience with Criminal law. Experienced candidates must possess a high school diploma. Candidates must have computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, and Outlook. Further, candidates must be able to have the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and project a professional and friendly demeanor in all inter-office, client, court personnel and opposing counsel interactions and communications.
