Job Description: Crew Member will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining smooth store operations. We are looking for individuals with essential skills in communication, team work, time management and adaptability. Ideal candidate will have a self-motivated positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working a dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications: At lease 18 years of age and available to work evenings and weekends. Capability of counting money and handling cash register Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with customer and staff members Good Interpersonal skills – Speaking Spanish is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods of time at the store. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer Service by phone and email.
