Growing up in Philadelphia, Tim's mission was to bring the authentic Philly taste to Harrisburg. To this day, we are still slinging the area's best cheesesteaks under Tim's watchful eye. We couldn't produce the best hoagies in Harrisburg without our incredible staff. It is our goal to cultivate a positive, professional, supportive work environment . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COUNTER SERVER - PREP COOK As a Counter Server - Prep Cook, you are the face of our business. When customers come into the restaurant, you greet them with an upbeat and friendly attitude. Answering any questions they have about the menu, you take their orders and process their payment. Once the food is ready to serve, you package it and hand it off. You ensure that every customer has a positive experience from the moment they come into the store to the very last bite of their delicious cheesesteak. In addition to customer service, you provide crucial food prep assistance to help our hoagie makers work as efficiently as possible. You follow all sanitation and food handling practices to make sure the food we serve is both safe and delicious. Your satisfaction comes from brightening each customer's day with a fantastic meal and great customer service. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COUNTER SERVER - PREP COOK Outgoing personality Ability to follow food safety regulations Do you enjoy helping others? Are you a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Can you communicate clearly with your coworkers and with customers? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A COUNTER SERVER - PREP COOK This entry-level customer service position can be either full-time or part-time , depending on what the candidate is looking for.
