Corporate Treasurer Director

Description:
The Corporate Treasurer develops and manages strategies, operations, policies, and budgets relating to treasury activities. In addition, directs development and revision of financial policies for capital structure, working capital, treasury operations, cash management, interest rate risk management, and insurance risk management. Also, directs capital markets, borrowing, investing, foreign exchange, treasury operations, financial risk management and corporate finance initiatives. This person will work directly with the CFO and CAO, as well as other members of the executive team and the Board of Directors. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining banking, lending, and external treasury-related relationships. Responsibilities Financial stakeholder outreach (banks/lenders, agencies) Treasury/cash management and investment activities Risk Management / Corporate Insurance Oversees daily management of cash and debt. Oversees cash flow forecasting and provides detailed consolidated cash flow projections. Manages financial risk as it relates to treasury operations. Analyzes and recommends potential alternative financing structures. Manages and negotiates bank and brokerage relationships. Structures, manages, negotiates, and executes the company's insurance program and coverage. Develops and implements cash management operational strategies. Oversees strategy develop for interest rate and foreign exchange risk management. Establishes fixed income investment positions. Assists with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling. Qualifications: 7 or more years of experience in finance, FP&A, treasury, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate treasury and insurance. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred. Knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance, and tax. Excellent analytical skills. Knowledge and capability to use the tools, processes, and best practices for predicting business trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning. Strong communication and presentation skills for all stakeholder levels. Responsive team player with the ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks.
