JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE: 4+LOCATION: Oxford SALARY: GBP Excellent + Benefits THE ROLE: As a Corporate Solicitor with this leading firm, your role will involve: - Handling a wide range of corporate transactions, including M and A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory. - Advising a diverse client base, including start: ups, spinouts, established companies, management teams, and institutions. - Managing and supervising transactions, both as part of a team and independently. - Contributing to the growth and development of the corporate practice. - Actively participating in marketing and business development activities.
