Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their distinct event requirements. Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful sales strategies and compelling materials. Represent the Brand : Act as an ambassador for Zilli Hospitality Group at various business events, fostering lead generation and networking. Venue Tours and Catering: Conduct engaging venue tours, showcasing unique features and discussing customized catering options. Event Execution Excellence: Liaise with event planning and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of events. Documentation and Communication: Prepare detailed cost estimates, contracts, event orders, and diagrams, while maintaining consistent and effective communication with clients throughout the planning process. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Catering Operations, Culinary Team, and other departments to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications: Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, preferably within hospitality or event planning. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and presentations. Relationship Building: Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, as well as working effectively within teams. Leadership and Organization: Independent and accountable, with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Milwaukee's corporate sector and event planning industry. Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
