Website: www. nvcargo. ca/Email: xyz X@ Job duties- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls- Establish and improve the sales policies and procedures of NVcargo- Develop and implement new sales strategies and programs- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis- Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts- Establish and maintain the relationship with customers by understanding their needs- Build and maintain the relationship with partners, and negotiate the contracts- Set and present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals for the team- Recruit, hire, and train employees in the sales team Requirements•A college graduation in business administration or in a related field is required•At least 5 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation are required•2 years of experience in a management position is required•Excellent.
