As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership. *This is an on-site position located in New Bremen, OH.* Summary: Support the Company’s recruitment activities with a primary focus on professional positions. Assist with the development and promotion of the Company’s employment brand and conduct direct recruiting. Primary Responsibilities Maintain an awareness of openings in the company and source qualified candidates. Represent company at recruiting events. Coordinate preparation for events as assigned. Conduct recruiting and hiring practices in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate with various Human Resources (HR) Managers, HR Representatives, functional managers and fellow Recruiters to develop a recruiting strategy while supporting the Company’s employment brand. Stay informed of trends in recruiting, technology, and communication to maintain an effective hiring strategy. Create and maintain recruiting channels especially through the Internet and social media. Assist with the design and implementation of recruiting programs to maximize return on recruiting investment and increase cost effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process. Identify areas of improvement to ensure delivery of high quality of service to the client base. Research, recommend, and implement new sourcing strategies and share best practices to effectively recruit active and passive candidates. Related Terms: Talent Acquisition Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years related experience High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information Proficient in utilizing recruiting platforms Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Desire to build relationships both internally and externally while ensuring a best in class candidate experience Must be able to travel up to 20%. Preferred Qualifications Understanding and desire to work with technology Previous experience in Technical and IT recruiting Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
