Duties:Provide legal counsel on private equity fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operational matters.Draft and review fund-related documents, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription agreements.Conduct legal research on investment fund regulations, market trends, and best practices.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Advise on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and fund investments. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. Skills:Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and regulatory compliance.Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for fund-related documents.Proficient in legal research and analysis.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.Knowledge of transactional matters in the corporate and investment funds space.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
