Whether you prefer to work remotely, hybrid, or at our amazing corporate office in Atlanta, we have the flexibility to accommodate your preferences. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Workday HCM, plus a sound understanding of Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence modules (additional modules helpful). You will be reporting directly to our Senior Systems Administrator and working alongside another HRIS Analyst. You will be responsible for assisting Workday users by providing ongoing support to ensure data accuracy and system optimization. Apply today and let's make a difference together!TARGET SALARY RANGE: $85k - $95k* Remote, Hybrid, or at our amazing Atlanta office - a fun and business casual environment with a culture of inclusion!* Amazing career progression opportunities!* Hotel Discounts!* Paid Time Off/ Medical benefitsQualifications * Hospitality industry experience required. * In addition to Core HCM, plus a sound understanding of Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence modules (additional modules helpful). * Strong Tier 2 or 3 support experience. * Very good working knowledge of Report writing, Custom report writing * EIB knowledge required * Cross functional experience and complete know-how for building; cross functional experience and configuration, modifying plans as well as understanding the payroll impacts essential * Strong process improvement skills * Strong working knowledge of Report writing, managing integrations, and Business Process configuration * Some experience with authentication and Workday security would be helpful. * Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple work assignments and priorities with urgent deadlines, maintaining excellent customer service skills, while working in a fast-paced team environment * Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness * Ability to collaborate in-person and in virtual/remote environments * Ability to work collaboratively and function as a dependable team player * Strong level of proficiency with MS Excel * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experienceBenefitsAbout Davidson Hospitality GroupDavidson is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
