Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation on corporate matters, including business law, complex commercial transactions, MA, real estate, and banking/financeDraft and review corporate agreements, contracts, and transactional documentsConduct legal research and analysis on corporate laws and regulationsAssist with due diligence for corporate transactionsParticipate in negotiations and closings for corporate dealsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team membersManage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counselingCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy development and implementationAssist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings and resolutionsStay updated on developments in corporate laws and regulations Requirements:1-3 years of experience in corporate lawJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolInterest or experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, MA, real estate, banking/finance, or other corporate matters Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to practice law in the state of Missouri Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracy in legal workAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyCommitment to client service and professional excellence Nearly forty years old and this firm has offices throughout Missouri.
