They will assist in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in corporate transactions and litigation.Duties:Draft emails and letters on behalf of clientsTranscribe and type correspondence and other legal documentsProofread materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standardsManage attorneys’ calendars and schedule appointmentsPrepare expense reports and manage billing activitiesRespond to clients’ calls and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerInterface effectively with individuals at various levels, both within and outside the firmRequirements:5 years of experience working in a mid-to-large size law firmJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice law in PennsylvaniaExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible individualFluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plusProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal document management systemsAccurate typing at a minimum of 60 words per minute (WPM)Ability to proactively follow through and follow up on tasksCertifications:Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar AssociationSkills:Strong legal research and analytical skillsExcellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a teamThe firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other supplemental benefits.
