Closing Date: November 9, 2023 Reporting to the Occupational Hygienist, the Coordinator, Occupational Health and Hygiene is responsible for maintaining and implementing occupational hygiene elements as a part of the Occupational Health and Hygiene program at our Greenhills Operations. To be successful, we are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, who can influence partners at all levels and areas of the organization. The successful candidate has strong problem-solving abilities, who can prioritize workloads, and keep organized and accurate records. We also require someone who is analytical and adaptable, with a passion for continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our occupational hygiene team and work with other groups across our operations, building your network and sharing findings. Responsibilities: Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Conduct workplace backssments to identify potential health risks related to chemical, physical and biological hazards Conduct worker and workplace industrial hygiene sampling and maintain inventory of hygiene sampling equipment and supplies Record and report results and recommend control measures Provide mentorship, technical training, and informational presentations to improve knowledge of employees and management aware of occupational health and hygiene concerns and programs Maintain a constructive relationship with regulatory agencies, applicable associations.
