REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Experienced, Part-Time Kitchen Cook to Assist Head Chef. Clean Driving Record. CA Food Handler Certificate Required. Must have ability to work Monday-Friday with some Weekends. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Prepares ingredients and cooks meals following standardized recipes Cleans and sanitizes all work areas, equipment and utensils Assists with transporting and delivering cooked meals Has knowledge of standard methods, materials, procedures, and regulations of food preparation and service Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared to avoid foodborne illness Ability to exert moderate physical effort in medium work requiring bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, grasping, and being on feet constantly Powered by JazzHR
