Harrison County Hospital is seeking an experienced Cook for our Nutrition Services department. STATUS: Per Diem (as needed) The Nutrition Services Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of patient and cafeteria meals. Must be able to follow standardized recipes and to use various types of kitchen equipment for food preparation. Responsible for Dietary department in the absence of dietitian or coordinator. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Must have high school diploma or GED Must have taken, or be willing to take and pass the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe course. Cooking experience is required .
