AHL is seeking 1 part-time Food Service Cook to join our team at Wesley Residence Assisted Living facility in Duluth. About our Assisted Living Division: We serve aging adults, adults with mental health disabilities and adults with physical disabilities. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely-devoted to caring for our clients. This facility is home to 43 private rooms and suites in a home-like environment. Compensation: $15.00/hour Location: 5601 Grand Ave Duluth, MN 55807 Hours of Position: Part-time Day Shift (8 hour shifts) Every other Weekend Required Typical Job Duties: Responsible for preparing meals Clearing tables as needed Accommodate resident's requests promptly Washing dishes and keeping work environment clean & sanitized Act as Person in Charge whenever food is being prepared Monitoring & organizing food stock Requirements: 18 years of age or older ServSafe Food Service Certification preferred Ability to pass MN DHS Background Study Possess a good knowledge of nutrition, recipes and prescribed dietary needs Knowledgeable about MN Food Code Flexibility and willingness to assist with special events Ability to spend extended times on your feet Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits: Paid Time Off Supplemental Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 1.5x Holiday Pay Employee Assistance Program Performance-Based Wage Increases
