Position Overview: We are looking for a Controller who will play a key role in managing the financial health of Liona Enterprises Inc. Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests. Audit Preparation: Prepare for and coordinate financial audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Controller in a similar industry, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses. 3. Familiarity with government contracts and regulations, especially in the IT integration sector. 4. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
