Check out their website . JOB SUMMARY The Controller is responsible for pulling reports, analyzing data, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate has a passion for numbers and data. ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist management with important financial decisions based on data Prepare and analyze financial reports Work with accountant on weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting Monitor financial reports and determine ways to reduce cost Communicate effectively to management and coworkers Maintain and executes a documented system of accounting policies and procedures Manage payables and receivables WORK ENVIRONMENT The Controller must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and lift for some of the day. You must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have 3 years of accounting experience Attention to detail Experience in finance Organization Takes initiative and is proactive Resourceful; look for answers before asking and utilize resources at hand Communicate and listen Personal responsibility Sense of urgency Positive attitude Punctual Team player Humble, Hungry, and Smart
