Join our winning team today and see what Nucar can do for you! Responsibilities: Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to company and manufacturer guidelines. Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, parts inventory, and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate. Proactively manage and safeguard company assets. Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly reports required by the management team. Reviews the general ledger and schedule accounts and investigates any unusual entries. Reviews the reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure proper bank reconciliation, reserve accounts, factory payables, floor plan payable, A/R, and A/P. Ability to teach, mentor, and lead centralized accounting staff. Qualifications Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Ability to be analytical, problem solve, and multi-task Strong leadership, high character, strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours.
