Key Responsibilities: Project Mastery: Dive deep into customer project specifications, crafting a comprehensive scope of work for Controls & Electrical installation subcontractors. Negotiation and Collaboration: Take the lead in both customer and subcontractor negotiations, ensuring successful contract awards and robust partnerships. Technical Expertise: Harness your knowledge to review and approve electrical schematics, PLC logic, and HMI graphics. Oversee the fabrication of control panels and ensure the seamless coordination of IT manufacturing requirements. Strategic Planning: Skillfully create requisitions for equipment, determine electrical load requirements, and maintain crucial project schedules. Continuous Improvement: Employ a proactive approach in maintaining our Things Gone Right/Things Gone Wrong journal, driving continuous improvement and upholding our high standards. What We Need from You: A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. 0-5+ years of experience in Automotive Paint Finishing fresh graduates with a passion for the industry are welcome! Proficiency in reading Electrical schematics and PLC/HMI systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with NFPA, NEC codes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
