Responsibilities Management of all contract renewals held by the Contract Management Team Monitor and action extensions, rate changes to existing contracts, migrations, and new business Validation of contract proposals and rating projects Working closely with other departments to manage issues and recommend resolutions (e. g. Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance). Presenting recommendations and operating within the delegation of authority and approval guideline framework. Contributing towards the continuous improvement of processes to help drive efficiencies. Customer calls for new accounts/contract set-ups and analysis of set-up and other responsibilities as required. Additional Responsibilities Performing ad hoc analyses and operationalizing corporate pricing initiatives Relationship-building skills be able to build strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate effective contractual discussions Problem-solving being able to identify potential problems in contract negotiations and develop solutions to resolve them Supporting and leading all courier and LTL contractual agreement changes for the organization to ensure the contract is loaded on time Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar area of focus a definite benefit, but not mandatory Knowledge of automation.
