Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic contract Customer Service Associate. This candidate will be responsible for a high level of order processing, ticket creation and data-entry. The ability to multi-task is a must! About you: 1+ years of general coordination-based experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution or logistics industry Keen attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks quickly and accurately. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational prowess and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in using relevant software systems for order entry and tracking. Positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. About the job: Handling sales order entry to meet customer demands. Generating pick tickets and creating labels for efficient warehouse dispatch. Facilitating customer sales orders through various account portals. Addressing any price discrepancies and stockouts by collaborating with sales representatives and customers. Communicating any delays in orders or shipments to relevant parties. Undertaking clerical tasks such as filing and gathering invoice backups. This contracted assignment is expected to last at least four months and will work onsite at the organization's Audubon, PA location. It is paying up to $22/hour based on experience.
