Position: Content Marketing Manager Reports To: Managing Director Purpose of the Role: The aim of this job is to create and lead marketing strategies that attract new customers, keep the ones we have, and boost our brand. Main Duties: Create Stuff: Make cool videos, write-ups, and graphics to show off what we do. Strategy Boss: Handle everything marketing digital, design, social media. Get the team together regularly to keep plans tight and on track. Campaign Whiz: Roll out marketing moves and digital shouts to help sales and our big-picture plans. Keep an eye on what our competitors are doing and what's trending. Social Media Guru: Look after our social media, keep tabs on how we're doing, and chat with fans and potential customers. Event Planner: Help put on events to get our name out there, whether we're hosting or joining in. Results Checker: Always be checking if what we're doing is working and be ready to switch things up if needed. Team Player: Work with sales to get them what they need and pull together stories from clients that make us look good. Website Keeper: Keep our website and online stuff fresh and interesting. Email Marketer: Send out emails that people actually want to open. Hub Spot Hero: Know Hub Spot inside out and use it to its full potential. What We're After: Get People Together: We need someone who's not just about marketing to customers but can get our whole team excited and involved in what we're doing.
