JOB OVERVIEW:This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the content marketing department. The assignments are related to the academic major and the degree of the Intern. The assignments may include conducting research. As possible, a reasonable balance will be made between the intern's learning goals and the specific assignments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Social Media Trafficking: organizing and trafficking of social media posts that are used for webinar and e-book promotions, involves routing assets for approvals to both internal and external agency stakeholdersWebinar Execution: coordination and assignment of tasks for internal and external stakeholders (pre and post webinar), Update existing webinar landing pages as neededTagging: develop UTM tagging, vanity URLs and QR codes for campaign tracking for various projectsVideo Optimization: Optimize videos (adding captions, chapters, links and CTAs etc..), routing videos for approval, working with media team on executionPhoto Search: Search for, source and upload imagery to be used for e-booksResearch: Research topics to be used for webinars, e-books and other projectsInvoices: Keep invoice log for the department up to date, follow up on any issues with AP for outstanding freelance paperwork and invoicesContent Calendar: Keep content calendar up to date, daily tasks (Asana, google shared documents and Smartsheet) * Performs a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the department. * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) * Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) * Knowledge of Smartsheet and Asana considered a plusGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Good time management * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to plan and arrange activities * Interpersonal communication skills * Good verbal and written skills * Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information * Ability to work in a team environment * Ability to multi-taskWORK EXPERIENCE: No experience required.PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment.
