Consumer Affairs Fulfillment Associate - Part timeLand O'Lakes is seeking to fill a Consumer Relations Fulfillment Associate role with a person who has a customer service mindset and high levels of empathy, patience and professionalism. A passion for baking and/or cooking is a bonus.This part-time role (2 days /16 hours/week) handles two main responsibilities. Assist Consumer Affairs staff by accurately processing the fulfillment of letters and inserts to consumers and tracking/replacing inventory of fulfillment supplies. Handle consumer contacts via phone, email etc. This is a Hybrid schedule with either Tuesday or Wednesday onsite in the Arden Hills office and virtual on Thursday or Friday. Experience Required A minimum of 1-3 years' work experience in customer relations. Proficient computer skills required (e.g., Outlook, Word, customer relationships management software). Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, be accurate with work, and demonstrate ability to work with minimum supervision. Excellent oral and written communication skills. .
