The Role: As a Working Foreman, you will ensure the timely, safe, and satisfactory delivery of projects to the client. Responsibilities: Manage personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers for effective contract delivery. Collaborate with the site team, prioritising health, and safety. Execute projects efficiently, achieving optimal commercial outcomes. Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with specifications. Implement quality and environmental management systems. Liaise with the Client and Project Manager. Operate machinery and tools, ensuring proper functionality. Requirements: Previously worked as a Working Foreman or in a similar role. Must have prior mechanical experience and Hold CSCS card. Experience working in the construction industry. Familiarity with health and safety legislation e. g. Health and Safety at Work, CDM 2015 Regs. Background in marine works. Beneficial Possess 3- or 5-day first aid certificate. Beneficial Valid UK driving licence.
