Construction Project Planner and Scheduler Salary: €40,000 basic per annum Location: Malta Must be fluent in English I am working with a top operator in the Hospitality Industry. They are currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and development with a project in Malta. As a Construction Project Planner and Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to create and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and on time. This role will provide essential support to the construction project management team and ensure the seamless execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules that encompass all phases of construction, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Resource Allocation: Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to various projects to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines. Critical Path Analysis: Identify critical paths within project schedules and proactively manage potential delays by proposing solutions and adjustments. Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to align their schedules with project timelines and monitor their progress. Risk Management: Identify and backss potential risks to project schedules and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays.
